Terms & Conditions - my-bizidea.co.uk

 

The following terms and conditions are the terms on which my-work-experience.com Limited sells registration to the my-bizidea website to the buyer and supersede all other terms and conditions. Any sale agreement between my-work-experience.com Limited and the buyer shall be governed by the terms and conditions.

Charges

Registration charges to use the my-bizidea website are as follows:

Each usergroup is assigned its own username identity and is capable of being supervised by its own Administrator (teacher, lecturer, trainer etc).

When an application for registration is received from a bona-fide buyer to become a usergroup of my-bizidea the necessary passwords to access the my-bizidea website together an invoice for the appropriate registration fee will be sent to the buyer. If invoices are not paid within 30 days of issue, registration and access to the my-bizidea website will be terminated.

Schools, colleges and other organisations in Doncaster are entitled to registration to the my-bizidea website free of charge.

Payment

All invoices are payable within 30 days. Payment is to be made by sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank or bankers draft or by Electronic Transfer to our account:

All transaction bank charges are to be paid by the buyer, we require net funds.

We reserve the right to exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

Delivery

my-work-experience.com Limited shall deliver the my-bizidea registration access passwords to the buyer at the address of the buyer provided by the buyer. Time shall not be of the essence for delivery however we always endeavour to supply promptly following receipt of the buyer’s completed application for registration.

Non delivery claims

We cannot accept a claim for non-delivery unless we have received written notice of it within 7 days of the invoice date. This claim should be addressed to the Sales at my-work-experience.com Limited, 138a Harvey Clough Road, Sheffield, S8 8PG.

Cancellation

The buyer may cancel the registration at any time within 30 days of the invoice date, after which time my-work-experience.com Limited has the right to cancel the buyer’s registration if the invoice remains unpaid.

Limitation of liability

Save in respect of personal injury or death due to the negligence of my-work-experience.com Limited, the liability of my-work-experience.com Limited under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the price of the registration.

General

If any term or provision of the terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions of the terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect as if the terms and conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

The headings in the terms and conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any of the terms and conditions.

Entire agreement

Each of the parties agrees that save in respect of statements made fraudulently, it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement upon which it relied in entering the agreement and that its only remedies shall be for breach of contract.

Law and jurisdiction

The agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Rights of consumer

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.
